Victor Wooten’s Center for Music and Nature is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, which as you can imagine, takes a lot of love, time, effort, and money to run. Going into our twenty-first year, it is still Holly and Victor’s practice not to receive payment for their continued contributions. To make it happen each year, the organization relies on program tuitions, volunteers, and donations.
Think about what it takes to build and run a camp, and we are probably in need of just that: buildings and cabins, vehicles and tractors, carpets and rugs, tables, chairs, and benches, lumber and labor, and especially money! Your generous contributions help provide opportunities for students to move forward towards the development and achievement of their goals. All donations are tax-deductible and greatly appreciated, and you can be sure that all contributions are put to excellent use.
We thank you for supporting our vision of helping people by sharing the beauty, blessings, and gifts of Music and Nature!
The Dorothy G. Wooten Scholarship
Dorothy G. "Momma" Wooten, the mother of the world renown Wooten Brothers, became a fixture at camp. Loved by all, she greeted everybody upon arrival and always preferred a hug to a handshake. "Momma Wooten" loved the camp dearly and made every attempt to attend each one. She was a pioneering force to be sure that everybody got up to play during Jam Night!
